Shirley Trumper is an Independent Employment Advocate and Certified Mediator, supporting employers and employees across New Zealand, with a particular focus on rural workplaces and regional communities.
Through Mrs. T Employment Advocate, Shirley provides practical support through workplace matters including employment advice, personal grievances, disciplinary processes, workplace investigations, mediation and unjustified dismissal.
Her work brings together practical experience, sound judgement and a strong understanding of people, workplaces and the realities of rural businesses.
Rural roots. Practical judgement.
Shirley grew up on a farm, and farming has been part of her life for close to fifty years. That background has given her a strong understanding of rural workplaces and the realities of farming businesses.
Much of her work sits within rural New Zealand, where an understanding of farming businesses, rural employment and Contract Milker relationships can make a meaningful difference.
